FITNESS
Any one want to discuss. I am particularly interested. I started on a fitness program end of August and it's been 2 months and I gained so much with the baby. But I am now feeling good. Been going to the health club early AM when the hubby is still home and watching my diet. I have lost 25 pounds in the past 2 months. I am looking and feeling loads better. Now I have about 15 more pounds to go.

I gained too much weight this summer so I have gone on a diet program myself. I go to the gym in the morning before work and have cut the "bad" stuff out of my diet. I have been at it for about 3 weeks and have lost 9 lbs so far.
Like you, I am feeling much better!! I have a bad back so the exercise is great for that too.
We should get a support group going here, its always nice to have someone in your corner.
I like that idea. Perhaps we can just start by posting daily, weekly, thoughts, challenges, or even weight loss.
We're doing a "Biggest Loser" thing at work with a local gym, and I did lose 9 lbs last month. I've been slack last and this week though. I've got to get back on the wheel.
Way to go with the weight loss, guys! Keep up the good work!!
YAY Beth!! It always feels great to step on the scale and see that you have lost weight!! I am on vacation this week so I don't see myself losing any thing. If I can just not gain I will be ok. Next week I will head back to the gym and do good!!
