TGIF. It's been a long actually good week.
We just got a notice from the school yesterday and all teachers must get the H1N1 vaccine when it is available here.

Hope that everyone is having a great day. I am getting ready to go and visit friends for the weekend. Monday is my birthday so we are going to do a little celebrating. I have a million things to do before I head out.

PS. I hated GH yesterday. Nik and Liz doin' it on the floor. I hope Lucky catches them and shoots Nikolas!!
Yesterday's scenes were disgusting OMG... They were having sex on the floor. Where the hell are her kids..
There are rumors going around that Natalia might be replacing the actress who plays Mac on Y&R..I don't know how I feel about that. That character is boring to me. But I guess working is working and anything is better than GH. But who knows if it's true or not.

I just watched the stuff from yesterday via youtube. It was pretty gross. I really find their chemistry (if that's what you call it) a little repellant. The kisses are all off. I know I'm not the best judge of it, but geesh, I think I'd admit if it at least looked good. When he said "tell me you don't want this", I literally recoiled. He looked unwashed and far to hulky to utter words like that.
And yes, I had the same thought about the kids. It's just not a good romantic story. Like, at all.
The break up with Rebecca was pretty anti-climactic. Vintage Guza had her begging him to try again with her. Made me throw up a bit in my mouth, actually.
Why oh why am I still watching this swill??
But on a positive note -
Vampire Diaries was really good last night! :)

Natalia on Y&R? Oh man...that would be outstanding.
Right now, the actress who plays Mac is very zzzz. They've put her in this surrogacy storyline that is also zzzz, but Natalia could bring some life into that.
And she's get to play across from Billy Miller. I think he's one of the best actors in daytime right now. He puts it all on the line.
I don't want to get excited....but the thought of it makes me happy :)
I think she'd be a decent Mac. But i don't see it. I think the show likes the actress they have now. But she has no life. Imagine Natty working there as Mac and working across Billy Miller and Daniel Goddard. And also working with Jeanne Cooper. The younger women on Y&R are defnitely the weak link where characters like Phyllis, Jill, Nikki all rock.
FYI. West of Brooklyn was premierd in LA last evening.

Charles Pratt, Jr., whose controversial reign as head writer of ALL MY CHILDREN began in June 2008, has been released from the position. ABC confirms the ouster, but had no further comment.
