For those of you who still come here occassionally, I am going to either refocus or redo the blog with a focus on different things. I have a few ideas and I want to open up the blog to others to expand the conversation also.
What I'd like to do is to have a blog centered around women. It can be women in politics, entertainment, authors, business, moms, etc. any topic that might interest people and I'd really be open to about anything so if you have any suggestions, please post them here.

I'm sorry I've been so scarce. Having a few personal issues that have been interfering with comp time. But it's leveling off now, so hopefully I can be more present.

Hi to all and sorry I have been scarce. Been swamped at work working on curricula changes for the SAT and ACT prep for the juniors which we normally spend about 6 weeks on solely.

What are you all thinking about the missionaries that are being held in Haiti? I can not believe that someone from our country has not stepped in and demanded the release of these people. We are helping them rebuild the country and our people are being held there. It all just gets me worked up!!

Cheryl that's just an example of a couple of things. How good hearted America really is. But yeah it's infuriating in a way. But this is a country that has suffered from severe poverty, political corruption, a sick dictatorship(remember Baby Doc). I think it's one of those things, don't the sins of the few against the many suffering. But I am with you at times. Why must America be the saviors to the world and once just once I'd like to see us kick some ass.
